Thief stealing women underwear after asking for a rented house was caught on CTV

An incident where a person is stealing women's underwear and masturbating has taken place in Vidhana Soudha Layout near Laggere in Bangalore.

An unknown person stole women's underwear from drying on the terrace and masturbating there was caught on camera.

According to sources, it is learned that this pervert visited these places on the pretext of asking for house rent. He has also been accused of capturing women taking a bath in the bathroom on his phone.

The sexual act was caught on CCTV and a case was registered against the accused in the Rajagopalnagar police station and a trap was laid for the arrest of the accused.
